America-Hating Bush Bashers are Out in Force -- Again

Nancy Pelosi, minority leader of the House of Representatives, was out today bashing our beloved President for conducting the war in Iraq, because we are supposedly now short of money for humanitarian aid for the Tsunami victims.  Diane Sawyer viciously attacked Secretary of State Colin Powell, who, showing his hero’s backbone, noted that the United States was the first responder to the disaster, and has, as per usual, produced the most relief, in terms of money, supplies and people.  The extreme left has not let up, with Richard Roeper in the Chicago Sun-Times.  Roeper has asked his readers to demand to know why President Bush did not go before a microphone about the disaster until three days after it.  Never mind that, in those three days, he dispatched airplanes and people and money to the region.  Hey, Mr. Roeper!  Have you ever heard that actions speak louder than words?  As Rush Limbaugh properly said minutes before I wrote this sentence, to these socialist leftists, America can do no right as long as a Republican holds the White House.

I tend to go further than Rush.  I firmly believe that every member of the elite left, the socialists who are themselves rich but who hypocritically decry wealth, virulently hates the United States of America.  The United States of America is by far the most generous country in history.  Our citizens are generous.  As Rush properly noted (yes, I proudly have and exercise the Limbaugh Echo Syndrome), the capitalism that these America-hating oligarchs want to eradicate gives us the money to be generous.  And we also are thankful to God for our bounty, and because we are mostly Christian, we espouse and then act upon Jesus’ exhortations to be cheerfully charitable.

In fact, while the government has committed hundreds of millions to these mostly Muslim areas (our government has more than tripled the donations of the entire Arab world so far), the people have already sprung into action in a huge way.  Doctors without Borders says that it is fully funded with over $100 million, and needs no more donations itself in order to conduct its relief efforts.  Pictures of warehouses filled 30 feet high with relief goods have been shown on TV.

But, see, these gigantic kindnesses have caused a mind-numbing terror in these hateful anti-Americans.  They proved the socialists to be liars.  How?  1) The people were easily able to muster massive aid on their own without the help of the government; 2) The government was also easily able to muster massive aid, which is already over $600 million on its way past the billion dollar mark, even though completely controlled by Conservatives.  Remember that the highest form of compassion is Conservatism!  and; 3) America looks good in the world as it does what comes naturally and helps those in need, invalidating their boiling raging hate for this country.  Nothing makes these elite left vampires scream in agony like the light of truth.

It is heartening to see the country continue to react as it always does, with breathtaking generosity and compassion.  In fact, I venture to say that our reaction to this disaster surpasses the reaction of previous Democratic administrations to disasters and crises when they were in power.  That does not surprise me, given the genuine goodness of the American people.  Great Job!  Now, if the America-haters would just drop their rhetoric and for one time in their lives just help out, with God’s help, we could do something legendary.
